À utiliser deux fois par jour. Particulièrement efficace en utilisation matin et soir après le brossage. Verser 20 ml (4 cuillères à café de 5 ml) dans un verre, à utiliser en rinçage autour des dents et des gencives pendant 30 secondes, puis recracher. Utiliser 10 ml pour les enfants âgés de 6 à 12 ans.
