C’est un antiémétique végétal

PROPRIÉTÉS ET MODE D’ACTION:

Ce traitement convient pour : les nausées et les vomissement de la femme enceintele mal de voyageles nausées et les vomissements post-opératoires ou ceux qui sont induits par un traitement de chimiothérapie.

Leur action antiémétique est dûe à :

  • Son action modulatrice des récepteurs de la sérotonine, un des neurotransmetteurs responsables des vomissements.Effet inhibiteur sur l’auto-récepteur muscarinique pré-synaptique (effets similaires aux antagonistes muscariniques)  qui se caractérisent par la suppression des spasmes gastriques.
  • Inhibition de l’activité de la substance P qui est également responsable des vomissements.

Posologie recommandée:

  • Grossesse : 1 gélule le matin au lever (éventuellement 1 le midi).
  • Voyage : 2 gélules environ 30 minutes avant le départ, à renouveler toutes les 4 heures si nécessaire.
  • Digestion : 2 gélules dès l’apparition des premiers symptômes.
